Steve is second to none. From the first time we met in his office, Steve created a outstanding first time home buying experience for myself and my wife. Steve was ill and still was reachable by email and text. My wife was watching YouTube and Steve answered her questions with patience openness. Steve made our buying process so enjoyable 😉. We recommend Steve and Chimney Rock for your first purchase and thereafter. We planned to purchase through VA, the condition of the rental we had planned to buy would not have been approved by the VA. Steve was honest and upfront with his opinion.
