I don’t usually review places but i have to. I just recently started coming here and and though I don’t have an established account (my paychecks are issued from Choice) in my twenty years of going through different banks, both physical and online, I’ve never had a better experience. I’ve gone to both the Golden Valley and more often the Roseville location and every single time I’ve been met with a sense of welcoming determination and acceptance (smiles and warm laughs as my little one tippy taps across the lobby). It’s not often that you go to a business, bank or otherwise and leave in a better mood than when you got there but these folk really know how to do it. The people first mentality really shows, thank you.

As much as big banks (i.e. US Bank and Wells Fargo) claim to have good customer service, the truth is they are corporate giants that no longer relate to the average customer. I closed my account with Wells after too many disappointing customer service experiences (no banker available, long lines, no coin exchange, demanding ID for cash deposits, etc.). So happy I switched to Choice. They answer the phone, and you actually get a person to answer your question. No long lines. And they're friendly! It's what a bank used to be, and still should be. I highly recommend you switch. You will notice the difference!
