      We closed on our 1st house last month. Chris and her team were AMAZING! She worked diligently to make sure our needs were met. The customer service is A+, which is so difficult to find now days. She walked us through the entire process and explained everything. We knew zilch about purchasing a home, but she made the process painless. Her communication is great... we didn't have to chase her down or wait days for responses to questions. She remained honest and transparent with us, allowing us to make informed decisions on our loan. She lives on the other side of the state and came to our closing on a Friday at 11 a.m.! She brought us the sweetest, most thoughtful gift and let us know that if we have any questions we can reach out. She is definitely called to do this job.
