      This is by far the best bank in Charleston. Everyone is so friendly, and they always host amazing customer events – pictures with Santa, pictures with the Easter Bunny, etc. I even convinced my neighborhood association to switch our accounts to First Reliance because of their amazing customer service. The “big” banks are so frustrating because you can never talk to anyone. First Reliance always takes care of me!
