Chris Burleson is a pitiful excuse for a Mortgage broker. Chris actually deserves NEGATIVE 5 stars! My mortgage application was completed on July 21st and Chris Burleson promised a August 31st closing date. Chris's loan processor did not contact me to request any documents until August 21st. Yes, Chris's people waited 1 full month from the time the application was submitted until they requested any documents. Well, Chris Burleson was not able to close in August 31st, so we had to reschedule. Then, Chris was not able to close for the 2nd closing, and we had to reschedule a 3rd closing. Again, Chris Burleson was unable to close the loan for the 3rd scheduled closing and we had to reschedule a 4th closing. The 4th closing was 10 days after the 1st scheduled closing. Chris Burleson was 1.5 hours late sending the documents on the 4th closing. I have an 806 credit score and no debt and plenty of income for the house I was purchasing. The worst part was the Chris Burleson actually "ghosted me" during the 10 days that I was waiting for him to close the loan. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHRIS BURLESON!
