  Chris was a joy to work with. His quick and clear communication made the entire process very smooth. He was very detail oriented and gladly answered questions thoroughly as they came up. This was my first home purchase, and he was incredibly patient and passed no judgement, as I asked time and again for clarification of some things that went way over my head! He went above and beyond to get us to the finish line and I am so grateful that he was on our team during the home buying process. His level of expertise and professionalism made me feel very comfortable and he brought so much clarity that made the overall experience really great. I would highly recommend Chris!

  As a first time buyer of a property that wasn't purchased from family this process would have been impossible without the knowledge and care put forth by Chris Caldwell and his team of very professional staff.
