      The worst experience in my life. Two women in there don’t have any clue about customer service. They only put barriers to offer services they do not help clients.

      I've been dealing with this branch since M&T took over First National 20 years or so ago and maintain several accounts. The bank manager and staff are some of the most professional, likeable folks I've had the pleasure to deal with. I moved to Howard County but still come to this branch because of the high level of service I receive. Kudos to the manager and staff for maintaining such a high level of personable, professional service .
