I called up Chris a week before my closing date because the original lender was not going to be able to close on time due to appraiser scheduling issues and and i risked losing my EMD and the property since it was a non contingent offer. Chris worked at godspeed to get the ball rolling and literally bailed us out of a tricky situation and client while providing competitive rate and almost no closing cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
