  Go to Kimberly Silverman! We recently purchased our first home and Kimberly held our hand the entire way through the loan process. She had an amazing worksheet that she made specifically for us which we could look at through google drive and play around with it on our own and while meeting with her over the phone. She truly made us feel safe and secure throughout this very stressful process. I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s so knowledgeable and also just a delight to interact with. If you’re trying to buy a home call Kimberly!

  Kimberly and team were the best! Exceeded expectations! We are first time home buyers and she made this process feel very easy, made us feel very comfortable from day 1. Kimberly was a referral after 2 failed attempts. She understood us but also her knowledge and professionalism was a no brainer. Everything was extremely transparent and I know Kimberly was on our side 1000%. She fought for better loan and options but also helped us improve alone the way with our scores. I would not change anything about our first time buyer process. I enjoyed talking to Kimberly way too much! I will definitely send all of my friends and family to Kimberly and her team! It is more than a job for them and you can feel the love and desire to help!

  The real estate agent I am working with recommended Bay Equity Home Loans and put me in contact with Chris Granger. After a few emails (which I had to follow up on multiple times for a response), phone calls, and submitting an application, Chris stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional. Contacting them was a waste of my time. There were also issues with their website, duplicate applications, and erroneous automated emails.
