  We loved working with Chris and will continue to do so in the future. We had a slightly complex purchasing situation (in part due to being from the UK / first time buyers in the US) and Chris was so transparent and communicative throughout - explaining and re-explaining all our different options and loan structures. We committed to a three week close and we believe that one of the main reasons this was pretty stress free was due to Chris' organization and communication. We would highly recommend working with Chris and haven't hesitated at mentioning him to anyone we know looking to buy a house.
