  I have been a TCF customer for 47 years. I went into what is now Huntington and waited for 20 minutes for assistance and finally had to leave. Worst change of business I have ever seen...very disorganized!

  Hi Bill. I am sorry to hear about your experience. Although your review was left on the individual site of a mortgage lender (myself) - and not the bank page, I want you to know that I do understand your pain. Corporate transitions are challenging. Especially transitions of such great size....and if you went into one of the bank locations today, then you went in RIGHT in the middle of the transition, as all the systems conversions are occurring this week. If you have been with TCF for 47 years, I hope you can give the branch bankers just a little bit more time to get through their transition before you make a final judgment. I do think you will find some real improvements as the bank comes out on the other side. Either way, I appreciate you reaching out and, as a current employee, I am thankful for your years with the bank! Chris
