      We were purchasing our very first home and were struggling with a loan officer who was confusing and unresponsive. Then we met Chris and everything went smoothly - from his amazing response to all our questions, his willingness to go as deep into the financing elements of the loan as we needed, his ongoing updates and recommendations (did I mention we were purchasing our home in the midst of Shelter In Place and so home buying and financing had a massive monkey wrench thrown into the process?).
