      I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Shaman at Fivepoint Reality. He gave me cold call which I initially ignored. I was using a national reality company for re-financing, but that company was very unreliable and requested unneeded information which I provided them and they then rejected it. I then called Shaman. Working with him was ideal. He was responsive, explained each step, called me whenever there was a question about my documents or request, and say to it that my mortgage was refinanced quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Shaman to anyone seeking mortgage assistance.

      Shaman is a very thorough , knowledgeable and extremely professional loan agent. He goes great lengths in helping his clients and is with them right from the beginning till the closure explaining each step.       It was a pleasure to work with Shanaz Ajmani as my Mortgage Broker. She was responsive and well organized, also very knowledgeable. This was my first time refinancing so I had a lot of questions throughout the process but Shanaz was always patient and courteous and also thorough which I sincerely appreciated. She made sure I ended up with the best rate available. Always looking out for my best interest. Lastly, she has great follow up and follow through skills that kept the boll rolling and made the entire process smooth and quicker than I ever anticipated. I can’t thank her enough for all that she did for me!
