      Steve owes me $1,320. I paid to do his accounting! I worked 60 hours but only billed him for 40. I paid for his accounting software. He told me he was never going to pay me. I asked if he could work it off at our construction company since Steve is handy. He ignored my requests. He has bragged about how he never paid his attorney either. He has lost lenders due to his "creative" lending practices. Be careful.
