      Christian Carpenters installed an oak counter top in my basement kitchenette which shortly after they were done warped so badly that it pulled 1/2 inch from the wall and looks terrible now. They refuse to stand behind their workmanship and fix it.

      Dave, as we stated in our email communications we will gladly fix this issue. However we told you before we installed it that because it was a natural piece of wood it may warp. Our warranty is for our workmanship only, the wood did not warp because of faulty workmanship, it warped because that's what wood does. We will gladly fix the issue but it is not covered under the warranty. The rug that has an issue we are gladly replacing free of charge because it falls under our warranty. We went over the possibility if this counter warping, you were well aware it could happen, no one can predict how much wood will warp and that was discussed with you as well. I have emailed twice asking when would be a good time to come look at things and work out a solution and have not received any word from you. Please let us come take a look so we can stand behind our work.
