  Stole $763.00 from theiier faulty ATM. Apr 3rd 2020 Im still trying to get my money back over a month later? And im not the only one... UPDATE>{JAN 13TH 2021} "Right hand to God" It took over 3 MONTHS! They gave it back (the company/Bank I Bank with) on a word, but had to investigate. My bank tried getting hold of any and all managers from cornerstone, the district manager, or at least some kind of administrator. Nobody, not one person would get back to my bank so what ended up happening is when they gave it back to me after a month on my word and they were doing the investigation my stimulus check came. They took $763 out of my stimulus the following month because they couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify it and I now know that this happened to over 14 people not one not two not even eight, 14!!!!!!!! BANK IS A JOKE! I would NEVER EVER Bank with cornerstone Bank, I can't forgive that one...I went though alot of issues, and heartache...Rent behind or very late...Pause my Marriage Anniversary...a bunch of stuff, I really could go on, an on, but if you're reading this I'm pretty sure you get the idea. If you do bank with them, or use their ATMs, I really hope that this doesn't happen to you although it's been happening all too much. I'm in customer service and I do get a lot of clients, and customers in my area and if not in my area within my state and they have the same bank and when Bank topic comes up and whenever I hear about cornerstone.... Honestly, a good seven out of ten times it's something not good it's a bad experience. Sorry so long guys but you wanted a review, I figure spare no details 😄
