  Jon is outstanding through and through. He gets to know his clients and exactly what they are looking for. Jon isn't going to push you into buying a home that isn't right for you, and he takes as much time as needed in each house to go over features and benefits, and negatives too. He really takes his time to work with you and is always quick to respond and set up a showing. He also stands out from the pack because he has excellent knowledge in construction and is able to inspect many things during showings to determine what kind of condition homes are in. I truly feel he might be the best in PA from my brief experience dealing with a few others. I can't recommend him enough.

  I can’t say enough good things about working with Jon! He came highly recommended to us from my sister after she & her fiancé found their first home. As first time home buyers ourselves, Jon’s expertise and patience were essential to our positive home buying experience. He really took the time to educate us on the process and evaluate potential homes. I say “evaluate” because he never simply walked us through a home. Jon always took the time to point out potential issues as well as remark on positive attributes or provide renovation ideas. A simple showing was like getting an unofficial, abbreviated inspection. One time, he even hoisted himself into the attic when the ladder was broken! When we found our future home, Jon helped us make a strong offer and went to bat for us - he was always working in our best interest. After our offer was accepted, Jon & Madeline were so organized and kept us on track for settlement. They kept the process simple and straightforward so we always knew what to expect. Most people we know talk about how stressful and disappointing the process is to buy a home (especially in this current competitive market), but I can honestly say our experience was overwhelmingly smooth and positive thanks to Jon & Madeline. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!

  Jon Christopher of Christopher Real Estate Services is a true professional. They are never pushy and they are excellent at their job. We are glad to have made the decision back in 2020 to go with them on the sale of our property in Philadelphia. Back then, he and his team held our hands (figuratively) through the process despite the onset of pandemic lockdown. So when we needed a realtor again 2 years later, right away we thought of him and his team. This time around the situation gets more complicated because we had to move away at the beginning of the listing, and had to go through the entire process remotely. Jon and his staff stepped up to the plate and delivered. Firstly they were unbiased in recommending the most qualified buyer(s) for us. Jon could have pushed buyers from his own company since they can act as dual-agent, but he laid it out in black and white who they are recommending and why. Secondly, they made sure we know every step of the way what and when things are expected to happen, and since we are away, we were hard-pressed to hire qualified contractors to handle the certifications needed for U&O from the township. Jon and company took care of everything, and all the while they kept us informed. Thirdly, as we go through some severe weather conditions as well as when we needed someone to check up on the property while it was vacant, Jon and company stepped up to provide the help we needed that was above and beyond their call of duty. In all, we say anyone who is in search of a great realtor, that person should contact Jon and his team. He will be very glad he did so as we were.
