  I’ve been working with chuck for several years now. He has been an excellent help with preparing to buy my first home, now that I have purchased 6months ago he is helping me with a refi and saving me about $400 a month. My favorite part about working with chuck is that he is personable and has no problem breaking things down to where there easy to understand.

  I never hesitate to refer buyers to Chuck Emmi because of his straight-forward communication and dedication to his clients. He will consider each buyer's individual scenario, explain different lending options, and offer potential solutions to help buyer's reach their housing/ lending goals. If Caliber Home Loans is the right fit, Chuck will be readily available throughout the transaction. For whatever reason, Caliber is not the best option for a particular buyer, Chuck will explain that as well. Just talking with Chuck presents a great opportunity for buyers to understand more about their financing and feel confident in their choices/ future.
