      Pat and the Team he leads provided excellent service, helping us wade through all the requirements for a refinance. They were very cheerfully patient explaining the process to us, taking and responding to questions and confusions, probably to a point that I'd blow my top. Like I said, patient. And they were very savvy about the constantly 'evolving' industry, helping us get a great rate and loan structure that fits our needs, currently and in the future (that future bit is important as many mortgage companies seem to go for the quick turn over the smart investment; great for them, not so much for the customer). I highly recommend Pat and his team, with special call outs to Kaylin and Sierra who were so helpful. Thank you all
