Simply put 'AN EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE'. I primarily worked with Will Scroggs and Karen Lorbacher at CIMG. They had serviced many of my loans and the most recent one was so complicated that the closing itself took more than a year to complete. We had to 'refresh' the loan many times and it got confused every time with the constant change in interest rates. However Will and his team always kept me informed and upfront with the changes which completely removed the last minute surprises that no one likes. You might get many 5-star rated mortgage companies that are good with usual scenarios, and Will's team at CIMG are the best when it comes to complicated situations that require experience, patience and service oriented thinking. I HIGHLY recommend them and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. THANKS WILL and KAREN.

HUGELY recommend! I worked primarily with Christina Jasper, but I also communicated with many other people on her team, and they were all SO lovely with me. I am so thankful for their help. I was a first time homeowner and I was worried I wouldn't be approved on my own, but with their help I was able to find a mortgage that worked for me with an INCREDIBLY low interest rate. I definitely couldn't have bought a house without their help. Additionally, I had a lot of questions. They always responded to my questions kindly and never treated me differently for being ignorant to some of the aspects of the process. Highly, highly recommend.
