10 weeks to refinance a mortgage and still no close date! Not as professional as they should be. We provide paperwork within hours of request and still we are a month past the projected close date. Sure a lot of people are refinancing right now but this is not right and way too long. Other friends have started after us and finished before. They have more than they can handle right now. Look elsewhere to get things done in a normal timeframe.
