I am tremendously grateful for CIMG, especially for the work of Will Scroggs and Michelle Coppola. I wouldn't be able to close if it wasn't for their incredible responsiveness and fast turn around even on the weekend and after business hours. They were accommodating and amazingly patient with me and my many last-minute changes. From this home purchasing experience with CIMG, I now learn that when choosing a lender, interest rate is not everything. What's equally important is how much access you will have to the lender, how quickly they will be able to help you (still, they did offer me the best interest rate). I am so glad to have them as my lender and I would be recommending them to everyone I know.

We worked with Carl Kiger and CIMG for both our initial mortgage last year and refi this year. Nothing but positive things to say about Carl and his team. My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Jim. He was easy to get in touch with right from the beginning. Jim was patient and answered our many, many questions. He made our first time home buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Other 'local' lenders made us feel like a number and that was not the case at all with Jim. I cannot say enough great things about this company and will absolutely work with them again when the time comes!
