2022 update: Fidelity continues to earn their 5 stars in the branch, via their friendly phone support and with their very well designed phone app. I stopped into the Creedmoor & Millbrook branch for some deposit slips and the retail teller was SO friendly and extremely helpful with tips on how to use different deposit methods to accommodate my customers with different comfort levels using electronic banking channels. The folks at Fidelity Bank have restored my faith in banks' ability to meet the needs of small businesses like mine. Their responsiveness to my needs and their ability to quickly pull together financing for my most recent project was exactly what I needed. An extra bonus is that they are so friendly and a pleasure to work with.
