      Just had a very wonderful experience in this Bank. I'm not a customer of theirs however I needed to cash a check . Considering i came from North Naples traffic was terrible so i arrived at the bank close to closing time. Mary Ann was working the Drive -thru and was just as nice as could be to me.and just as pleasant as one could be. After fighting traffic and a long day of work needless to say I was stressed out badly. However my experience with at this bank today with her made for a nice way of closing out my day. Mary Ann once again I would just like to say thank you for pleasant experience today at your bank.

      My debit card got retained by the ATM, I walked in and they wouldn’t help me at all. I couldn’t get money out AND I lost my debit card. The part that makes you cringe is that they own the ATM but can’t get into it. Total garbage.
