      First time dealing with this bank/credit union. Easy set up online, and Moriah, a Senior Financial Services Representative at the branch, was a great help at finalizing my checking and savings account. Would highly recommend them!

      If I could rate them a zero I swear to God I would. They are so ignorant the worst credit union to ever be with. I only banked with them for a car that they overcharged for and they do not care if we in a pandemic or not! If you late they will come take your car in 2.5seconds! I don’t wish this bank on anyone! I wish I could get this bank shut down!!!

      I used to be able to use this ATM for free but now they charge me 3$. I can still use the Thorndale Citadel's ATM for free but not this one. Frustrating and confusing.
