      When I filed my taxes I gave them my bank account. They had my check go to their bank account. Lied and said it's made the error but on form was liberty. Liberty issued me a check.i went to two banks and could not get check cashed. Had to pay 260 at a check cashing place. Spoke to liberty nasty ignorant and rude. Charge for tab is outrageous. Only go to them if you are desperate. Jackson hewitt will not take advantage. Lesson learned.

      Worst experience of my life. I was insulted by them telling me that I never paid to have a transcript put in so that I can receive an old W-2. Not only did I pay the $75 but I was so grateful that I paid $100. Then had to pay another $75 to get my folder with my paperwork in so that I could go to h&r block. They never returned phone calls and my taxes sat down in their office for a month and a half and nothing was done will never go back Angela does not listen she likes to talk over everybody very unprofessional my advice is to go to h&r back
