      Oxford's Citadel has the best team! My family and I have always received the best service. In particular Kimberly Stout who is the Market Manager goes above and beyond to help with any banking needs we have. Keeps us up to date on any new offerings like specials on CD's , Home Equity promotions etc. I would recommend Citadel if you're looking for exceptional customer service.

      I moved from a large bank to Citadel and have no regrets. Citadel Oxford branch is the best! Excellent Service & Staff. Always there when I have a question and info is accurate.

      Paid off a auto loan that I had with Citadel on December 2 of 2021. Never received the title. When I called they told me to contact DMV. Well I did and DMV wants to charge me $58 for a duplicate title. When I called back I was on hold forever and transferred from person to person.
