I started dealing with suneast because they were local they also refinanced my vehicle they participate in the state electronic title program in my case they decided to hold my title.now 5 months after paying it off I still have no title their response was it was mailed out in December after contacting Harrisburg I was told there was still a lein on my vehicle and sun east expects me to file for a lost title and pay the 58 dollar fee because of their incompetence poorly ran business would not recommend using them for vehicle financing

I have never had any business with this credit union so imagine my surprise when I found out they had a lien on my vehicle when I went to trade it in. I called in and was informed that this was erroneous, but upon asking for a letter of no interest from the bank I've been given the run around for two days. I'm honestly at my wits end and contemplating taking legal action against them.
