  Went to get cash out and realized I didn’t have my ID or card with me. Wasn’t able to get the woman’s name that came to the door but she refused to give me any type of help without those items. I explained that I had a photo and could give my ssn since I did not have those items to show… She was persistent and still refused! I then went to the next closes citadel bank and spoke with the teller who was very courteous and explained that he could look up my name in the system. He came back with the money I had asked for and said there was an ID on file. I’ve been in the field of customer service and it was not present when I tried the first time gettin some cash.

  Today I opened an account with Jalena Baker. I can’t say enough about the friendly and professional service she showed me during my visit. She deserves to be applauded for her great level of service and work ethic. Citadel should be proud to have her representing its banking institution. Kudos Jalena!
