  Beautiful branch. I worked with Alexa Sullivan by a friend's referral. She was considerate and asked preferable method to open a business account after all questions were answered by her. I did not like lengthy questions answering online associated with opening account. I sent most of the documentations to her by email and gave other information through phone. With appointment , all of the info was keyed into the system. Short time in the branch I had my business account with Univest with online access set up by her . Quite impressed by the efficiency of her work. I logged in my account. The interface of banking is easy, too. Thank you.

  I left this bank because of inferior customer service at this branch a few years ago. I used the ATM today and was shorted $15. I went into the bank to inquire and the teller took the $285 I got to count. She conferred with other staff and copied my driver's licence. She directed me to sit in a chair while they audited the ATM. They could not estimate time required. It was clearly conveyed I wasn't a customer. I was uncomfortable sutting next to a line of people as Omicron was ramping up, so I said I'd wait un my car. They said I had to wait there and I stated I'd be in my car. They would not give me my $285.After about 45 min. the teller came out with my money and said I'd have to call my CU When I called them, the lady was so nice saying they never should have done any of that and instead have referred me to my CU. The money was back in my account in 5 min. Well, my long time companion and I have estate planning at Univest. I hate how you were so nice to those you saw as your custoners. Me? I felt as if you thought I was a criminal. The estate plan will be moved . Shame on all of you.
