Citadel is not a customer oriented bank. They don't know how to treat loyal customers. I had an issue with my checking account going into a debit . I didn't spend that money it was taken out without my consent. I requested a Little time to pay it up due to the pendemic hiting me hard . They spoke so rudely to me and threaten to repossess my car which I have paid over $20,000 car loan to them that has only a balance of $1500 because of a negative checking account balance of $170. Really cruel!! Melissa and the manager Jake in your collections department should be able to tell when a client is a loyal customer . This has been a trying period for us all and when you have a client with very good credit history asking for a little time over a $170 negative checking account which was no fault of hers . I would think it's only fair to allow some flexibility and not threaten to repossess my car. Really cruel!!
