I Have been a member of this bank since 1994 and have only had one bad experience with this Credit Union But when I went to the office and showed them where They made a Mistake they quickly apologized and rectified the mistake. I only wish that they had more Branches We live in Maryland and my Closed branch is in Atson PA it's a 3 Hr drive one way the benifit us thedistance makes it harder to manage large retirement accounts ts but that makes it harder to waste my savings. They are a good Credit Union I would recommend them highly Great service and attentive service

Horrible customer service in branch and over the phone! They make too many mistakes I don’t know from where start! I made a payment for my loan and ended as my credit card payment?!! I wanted to give a cero stars because I been dealing with this nightmare since March!!
