Representative was polite when he helped me open a new Citi Premier Credit Card. However, he informed me that I would receive less than the $800 bonus cash even when I spent the required amount within 3 months. I called Citi Card customer service and they also wouldn't honor the promo that they advertised for new card holders. This, plus a $95 annual fee makes me feel cheated and unappreciated as a Citi Bank card holder. I will be closing this account soon.
