  Citibank Forest Hills, on May 31st 2022 I went to deposit a workers comp check that I received from a settlement I made with my work insurance. A workers comp Judge authorized that settlement. According to Citibank the "check is fake" and they have it withheld and I don't have a single penny at my disposal. Take the statement of the Judge's decision to Citibank where it is in writing how much money was for the lawyer and how much money was to me. They have that proof that the check is real and has funds, but the Citibank don't want to admit they made a mistake and return my check to me or unblock my account and add it to my balance. I don't know why the Citibank said the check isn't real. Do not trust Citibank because it is a bank that does not serve well and it is the bank that has often tried to keep money from customers in an illegal way. If anyone have to open an account in a bank do not open it in Citibank of Forest Hills, Queens, 11375 I do not recommend.
