      The staff is very friendly and I have been a challenge to their patients at times. I have known this main tellers Lori and Debbie, and the progression of people on the desks has produced many promotions due to the good selection made the present staff is the reason that I use this branch the most.

      Customer service is terrible ! You seat and away for your turn while there is 4 different agents looking at their personal phone and only one of them is working . When I ask if someone else could help me the agent gave me an attitude and said I had to await longer . I felt like that only one agent that was working took longer to help the customer before me in the purpose because I was rushing . In other words … never was treated as bad !

      Let's just say that I tried opening an account here and the lady who was helping me literally sat there and thought of every way she could to talk me out of it. They made me feel like it wasn't worth it. Customer service should be trying to draw more people in, not do everything they can to convince them that it may not be a good idea. I hope that whoever it was, no longer works there. But you don't forget an experience like that.
