We've been using TFCU since the 70s. NEVER had a problem with any transactions. Over the years we have moved many accounts to here and have two mortgages, and several grandkids with savings accounts and CDs. Won't go anywhere else.

This place refused to take a military POA to open an account. Needless to say the toll on military families is enough with our men and women being abroad due to the current crisis . To say we can’t do that with all the required documentation, just because you never seen a military power of attorney is Bogus. My sons command banks with them, why I still may never know. Lied and said the district manager denied it. Stay away.

I tried to log on my account but i forgot my password .. after 1 wrong try I was denied access for the next 24 hours .. AFTER 1 TRY ... then i requested an email .. i never got the email .. the only reason I'm still a member is because its a pain to change my bill pay for other companies.. this credit union sucks ..AND 2 WEEKS LATER , I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE EMAIL .. GREAT JOB ..And 2 more weeks and still no email ...I just called , and the representative cant even access my account .. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE , I HATE TFCU
