      Really helpful staff they take the time to understand your bank purpose needs. Although they are next to Hermosa Beach on the pier they have not forgotten their professionalism to carry on day today Bank duties.

      Upon submitting all the paperwork for closing 2 IRA accounts, Joseph the mgr Hermosa Beach gave me back the DE4 form I had completed, said I didn't need it. 8 days later I called to find the status of my closing. Was told they had sent me a letter 2 days previous that I need the DE4 completed. No phone call nor email. Instead snail mail! Never bank with Citibank. Incompetency runs rampant.
