      Im a loyal patron of this bank for over 40 years. I have never seen such bad customer service as this year I was just hung up on by a person it took me hours and numerous calls to to get ahold of ! In lFebruary of 2022 they ruined my zelle account tied to my small business and they keep insisting it's fixed but it's not. they will not take my calls or fix this. Back then a rep from who knows where reset my Zelle in an effort to fix with out even asking! It reset all my limits & didnt fix the account anyway! I will be moving my money canceling all accounts as soon as I have time to change it over! Most of the actual banks have also closed. And given people free access to ATM's which they Dont own & dont take deposits. What is someone supposed to do if they have cash to deposit?

      When you walk into a bank to withdraw more than the ATM can give you but are told that the only teller is out to lunch. What a way to serve your customers. Citibank is the worst!!
