      I made an appointment online and showed up on time. A lady at first desk near the door asked if I have an appointment and my name. After she verified with me, she asked me to sit in front of her desk and she was going to provide her service. After some irrelevant questions, she found out she serve the wrong customer. Turned out my banker did not come to work on that day. The moment she found out she served the wrong customer, all she did was to ask us come another time or try another bank. From the moment I sit till she saw my ID, it’s not even five minutes. She didn’t even bother to help us make another appointment and she act like it’s the other banker’s problem and it’s not her business. She kept saying that her scheduled customer is coming. Horrible service. Too bad I didn’t remember her name. I should go again and update here. She should be trained properly. If the banker who supposed to meet me took the day off due to emergency. That I understand. An notification should be sent via email, texts or at least a short call. It’s totally wrong and wasting my time.
