      the lady on the phone was so rude. had phone calls with the same lady like 2-3 times. I was my helping my parents who are not in the states atm. As soon as I told her that I am their son who is taking care of the issues, she just talked to me like im their teenager son for the whole time lol Welp sorry I am 30 years old...and yeah the way she talked was pretty insulting to me

      At the Rowland Hts. Branch I asked a Senior Financial Representative to wire $1,500 to an account at KebHana Bank in Seoul, Korea. She ordered another lady to do that job. But two business days later it turned out that the lady typed one too many zeroes to the account number and the money was not wired to the Seoul. They found that mistake only after I complained About that. They said they wired lt again but after a week the money still did not reach Seoul. Now I am thinking about pulling my 6-figure money out of the Hanmi Bank.

      I had a terrible experience with this bank. . i had my check and after waiting for 30min they asked me if I was MEXICAN born her or in mexico. I don't know what thay has to do with getting my check. .. What a %=!$@€#.
