      Went into branch to link my two ATM cards. Deborah, the manager, said that in order to link the two she must see all my financial documents. I asked why. She said that was Citibank's policy. Doubting this requirement, I went to a branch in San Francisco where they linked the two cards within 10 minutes and never asked for any of my financial documents. HATE encountering Deborah as she always tries to sell services/open accounts versus addressing my immediate concerns.
