      This is the best place from all the CitiBank I've been to. Manager Mr. Brown is absolutely professional and helpful. Even if I was late he had time to solve my problem. Everybody are nice and helpful. I was surprised because I was in two different branch before and nobody hadn’t time. I really recommend this place. If you need to go to CitiBank on Staten Island, just go. Don’t loose your time in other CitiBank on HylanBlvd or Bay St.

      This is the worst banking industry I have ever had to deal with.. Their customer service is horrible, No one picks up the phone that speaks any English. They're fraud department is a joke.
