Literally called. Said I wasn't a member at least FIVE times and that I needed a cashier's check to close on my house. The said it was fine. Girl then tells me after I walk in that I need to be a member. Thanks for wasting my time, not knowing your own policies and having terrible customer service. Truly deserving of your 3 star rating.

Many fees. Closed account and when I called for replacement statements they wanted 25 bucks for 2 statements. Bad hours. Bad customer service.
