Not a good bank for small businesses. The people are nice there, but the people who are in charge do not want help small business accounts. I opened my small business account when it was First Bank and Trust. Since Southside bank took over the attitude of the bank is less personal and more like a big chain bank. After several years of Southside Bank I am moving my account. People in Nacogdoches should try East Texas Professional Credit Union for personal accounts. They actually want your business instead of just allowing you to bank at Southside. I will try to find a different commercial bank.
