      Love the crew here. I use this location for my business and not only are they the best staff I have ever had to work with, the location is quiet and clean. They even have dog treats. They are 100% the best.

      I opened a checking and savings account earlier this week. The day after I did I recieved a promotion in the mail saying I could get $300 each ($600 total) for opening a savings and a checking account and depositing $500 per month for three months in the savings and setting up direct deposit to the checking account. So I went back in and they refused to honor it. The person I spoke to (Daja) called the corporate number. She was on hold for about 5 minutes while also chatting with their online support. Let that sink in, their own employees don't even have a direct line to the corporate offices. I advise not using this bank. Their customer service is awful in my opinion. To the Citizens corporate office: Have you ever heard that it's five times more expensive to get a new customer than to keep an existing one? It might be something you should look into.

      The workers here are awesome! They have doggie treats in the lobby for my dogs and they even have community events sometimes. Im glad they finally came in the neighborhood
