      Posted hours on the door that they’re open until 5 on Friday’s, but not today apparently. I’m so sick of this “Covid… economic downturn… can’t hire anyone….” argument for providing just GARBAGE customer service. YOU’RE A BANK! Not a damn small town farm stand.

      The claims department is very unprofessional. One time they canceled my card without telling me and I was stranded in New York, and when I called them back they said you can easily run run as fast as you can to hey Citizens Bank before it closes. And sometimes the laugh and chuckle about doing that to people. A few months ago they close my account without sending me any mail about it. They basically said you’re a big boy and you can figure out why we closed your account. So they’re definitely very condescending. They’ve also told me that I speak way too much and I love to talk so I’ve had to report claims department employees many times for their unprofessionalism and rudeness. I’ve been to the branches and they’ve been very professional and courteous.
