I had a five star experience with the frontdesk staff, and later with specialist Jeisye Lassus. She was knowledgeable, resolved the issues I was having with the bank at that time, and helped me prepare for future issues. I appreciate and admire the team's hard work. I would have loved to fill a customer satisfaction survey for them but did not receive one.

Very poor service and very slow bank. Line out the door basically on a Saturday. Step it up BOA.
