  The times are a changing your experience at your local bank 🏦. This one will work for your needs. The teller, which I think is the only one, does the work of 3 people at times, you know that perfect storm of the person turning in change 2 people in line and the people at the window. Otherwise you can get in and out quickly enough. Location is easy and turning right on to pearl road is encouraged, the left turn is a tough one. ATM 🏧 is easy.

  Both my mother and I have had multiple accounts with Citizens. When she passed away a couple of months ago, my brother and I visited this branch to close out her accounts. Over two months later, her investments account still isn't closed properly and the banker at the local branch closed her IRA as if it was a normal withdrawal. Citizens corporate is now blaming my brother and I for the banker's mistake and accusing us of improperly making a withdrawal from an IRA. They have no record of the branch processing this as a beneficiary withdrawal. In addition, the banker transferred all of her funds from her checking and savings to my personal account then withdrew my brother's half from my account. Every other bank and financial institution split the funds between us as they should have. I have now spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Citizens corporate trying to get these issues corrected and they still aren't. After 20+ years of doing my banking with Citizens, I am absolutely done with them. It should NOT take two months to do things this simple.
