      I love to work with Julian. He is incredibly friendly and always taking care of me with a smile. he is also very on point with answering all fo my questions. he's an amazing associate at this branch

      If you're thinking about going to the citizens in Newtown Square, I would rethink that. I've seen Tony there multiple times and it's been a headache to say the least. He wasn't able to help me so I then went to the one in Havertown and I was in and out within a couple minutes.

      Worst bank I was ever in in my life. I brought a quarter roll to get changed into a $10 and in 3 seconds he accused me of committing fraud( because the quarter roll holders seem to be longer than my roll. He said "You have a bank account here? When I said yes he said good because this roll looks short and any different will come out of your account " it turns out it was exactly 10 dollars ( I used a coin counter). all he said was Okay. your good. No apology > NOTHING. go elsewhere where they treat you better
