      I don't know what's happening with customer service with a smile but your losing it at this branch! I used to love coming in and knowing there was an understanding staff member there willing to go above and beyond. Today I had a pretty serious issue that yes I could have prevented but due to having sepsis and other serious health issues I've been a little absent minded. Now the issue had happened once before but the lady who helped me last time I believe her name was either angel or Andie anyway she made sure to fix my mistake and hunt down my check so it would process into my account. This time I could feel the eyes rolling through the telephone call and I felt the person didn't want bothered. My husband went up to the branch to fix the issue we could and he even felt the lady was just annoyed to have to deal with us.... So after being with this same bank all these years sadly we are considering leaving!! Today was stressful enough I didn't need to feel like I was just an annoyance! I also could have used the extra care angel gave to me during this time...
